چکیده
Synthesized composites were characterized through UV-spectrophotometer, XRD, SEM, EDX and FTIR analysis. SEM images confirmed surface morphology of ordinary mesoporous nano silica (mNs) Fe & Zn embedded mNs. In XRD pattern mNs peaks absence indicate that synthesized by sol-gel method was amorphous whereas reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in crystalline form. spectra loaded rGO showed encapsulation zinc iron mNS successful. Results experiment indicate, twice foliar application 60 ppm Zn+ 30 (T6) 40 Zn+20 (T8) exhibited significantly higher economic biological yields both crops over conventional Control. With increasing doses composite capsules, significant increase nutrients content uptake cabbage cauliflower observed comparison to control. Whereas, lead a considerable reduction nutrient thus hamper their uptake. Thus, T6 T8 treatments best pronounced terms yields, enriching biomass cauliflower, respectively. Compared control, quality head curd content, protein phenol more with Zn+30 , Available soil unaffected crops.

Chromosome Doubling of Microspore-Derived Plants from Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) and Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica L.)
Chromosome doubling of microspore-derived plants is an important factor in the practical application of microspore culture technology because breeding programs require a large number of genetically stable, homozygous doubled haploid plants with a high level of fertility. In the present paper, 29 populations of microspore-derived plantlets from cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) and brocc...
متن کاملPersistence of Indoxacarb on Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis. L.) and Its Risk Assessment
A rapid, simple and an efficient method for the determination of indoxacarb in cauliflower and soil samples was developed and validated using QuEChERS technique (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe). Recoveries at four different spiking concentrations of 0.01, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mg·kg ranged from 87% to 96% were achieved with good repeatability and RSD of 1% 6%. The average initial de...
متن کاملEvaluation of Antioxidant Activities of Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L.)
At present, it is widely-known that free radicals are the causes of illness such as cancers, coronary heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease and aging. One method of protection from free radical is the consumption of antioxidant-containing foods or herbs. Several analytical methods have been used for qualitative and quantitative determination of antioxidants. This project aimed to evaluate antioxid...
متن کاملSerine Transhydroxymethylase of Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.): Partial Purification and Properties.
Serine transhydroxymethylase (EC 2.1.2.1) has been purified 46-fold from cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.). The enzyme was completely dependent on the presence of tetrahydrofolic acid for the conversion of serine to glycine. The addition of pyridoxal phosphate gave a large increase in the reaction rate. A double pH optimum was observed with maxima at 7.5 and 9.5. The enzyme is sp...
متن کاملCabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata) phytochemicals with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory potential.
BACKGROUND The objective of this study was to investigate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity of cabbage phytochemicals. MATERIALS AND METHODS Color coordinates were evaluated by colorimetry, and the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities were analyzed by spectrophotometer for some common cabbage varieties. RESULTS Red heads had the highest total antioxidant contents followed b...
